The Killer Bees look to remain undefeated going into the massive holiday tournament matchup against Southampton on the 29th. No one wants to be overconfident but the fact remains it will be immensely challenging for the Settlers of Southold to stay in the game tonight. Frankly, they will probably be run out of the Hive in the first quarter. But the game must be played and one never knows… so come on out and see the greatest show in the Hampies. Maybe Jamari can entertain us at the end once more by showing his late three was no fluke.

With regards to the upcoming matchup vs Southampton: it can be done. We know because we scouted the Mariners in their friday night game against Center Moriches. The Mariners played well enough to win, barely, have good guard play and are very organized. But their press won’t rattle the Bees the way it did the Red Devils and they have a glaring hole in their frontline where Lamison will wreak utter havoc and LaLa will compound the damage. If the Bees can be disciplined and feed The Beast Southampton has no answer and people will start talking about this team as one with a chance to run the table. But that’s for the 29th and we can’t get ahead of ourselves. See you at the Hive. Get their early, it’ll be packed.
